Rooms
Kiara guesthouse offers cosy and clean rooms that will make you feel comfortable during your roman holiday. All rooms are spacious and independent. Each one has ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
ROOMS POLICY
Check-in time: from 1:00pm
Check-out time: within 11:00am
In case of an early check-in or a late check-out is possible to drop the baggage at the B&B.
The expected arrival time must be communicated by e-mail with a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival.
DEPOSIT
First night or 30% of the total requiered (via bank transfer or PayPal), the full amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the guest cancels a reservation within 30 days to the original arrival date the deposit will be returned (minus transfer costs). In case of late cancellation we will keep the deposit as a refund.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Long stay: 10% discount for stays longer than 1 week (7 nights)
Honeymoon: 10% discount + bottle of wine for honeymooners
